Update on being healthy, its going well. I’m loving the supplements I choose! I personally can only take about a quarter of the dose (you take four pills of each daily, I’m taking one and sometimes two) probably because I am super sensitive to things, but I can feel the health and wellness permeating my being. I have had so much energy and focus and I can feel my pH balancing and skin glowing. I have had so many compliments on my skin I just want to spring out into this world! Since I promised a post every day about this healthy thing, I decided one time since day one is acceptable.
I needed comfort food one of those nights, and comfort food requires a mindset of exploration when veganism is involved. Luckily, I know a few tricks and spontaniously through the divine expression, I created a >>vegan probiotic (mostly) raw mac and cheeze.<< Now you could make this a raw gluten free dish if you replaced the pasta with zucchini noodles, but my italian self has not yet released the attachment to pasta, so I had organic locally made vegan shell pasta.
The vegan shell pasta is amazing because it holds the “cheezy” goodness inside and, well yeah.

Today was my “do something scary” for the week day. I decided to get my blood drawn for the first time in my life (I am twenty-three), and have the blood and plasma separated and rubbed onto my face after a series of “scratches”.. exactly how I envisioned my only blood drawing.
Getting the blood drawn was exciting at first, I was told not to look so obviously I did and wow! That shit is freaking amazing. It is a little spoon straw thing that sips up your body nectar.
